I specialize in working with Christian clients who are struggling with anxiety and stress due to issues like relationship conflicts, home and work life overwhelm, mental health diagnoses, grief and loss, and church hurt. Many of my clients find having a trauma-informed space where their faith is understood and not judged to be very helpful as they gain insight and learn how to cope with life's challenges.

As a Christian with significant experience in the church and ministry, I am uniquely qualified to work with other Christians who are hurting. Informed by trauma research and counselling theory, I offer a non-judgmental atmosphere and help clients recognize patterns and root issues, set achievable goals and implement practical changes that make a difference.

Like many counsellors I am not able to direct bill, however my services are covered by any insurance benefit package that cover clinical or Canadian Certified Counsellors. Please note that the Couple Session Cost is for 90 minutes, while the Individual Session Cost is for 60 minutes.
