I am a compassionate and empathetic counsellor who is dedicated to providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for you to freely speak your truth. My goal is to give you room to explore yourself and lead the sessions in whichever direction you feel you need to go. I am here to support you towards living a fuller life while guiding you toward self-awareness and empowerment.
While I like to work from a holistic client-centered approach, I understand each individual has their own unique needs and can tailor your sessions accordingly. I work with evidence-based techniques such as ACT, CBT, Gottman Couples Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. I also like to include mindfulness into my session is they fit with the client.
My passion and motivation for helping others is inspired by my own personal struggles with mental health. I'm here to work with you in a collaborative nature and remind you that you are not alone. Book virtual only at www.collectivethoughts.janeapp.com.
