With over 35 years in education and 25 years as a counselling therapist, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge and a rich, informed perspective to her work. Her extensive career includes roles as a Teacher, Vice-Principal, Principal, School Counsellor, and Private Counselling Therapist.
Karen provides counselling to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, within a confidential, BIPOC and LGBTQIA2S+ positive environment. Benefit from Karen’s extensive experience and varied perspectives gained from years in both educational and therapeutic roles.
In person appointments are Mondays and Thursdays 9am-4pm and Tuesdays 12pm-8pm. Virtual appointments are available upon request. As a Registered Counselling Therapist (RCT), Karen's counselling therapy services are covered through most employee benefit programs and insurance plans. It is the client's responsibility to check their coverage.
