I practice from a strengths perspective & I work with you to develop interventions that work best for you.
I have 25 years experience working with individuals who have experienced violent crime, domestic violence, sexual assault, childhood trauma, & traumatic grief. I also work with first responders & those in high stress professions who are struggling with burnout. In addition, I offer clinical supervision and consultation for other helping professionals.
