Hello! My name is Kara and I am a qualifying counsellor with Paramount Psychology & Counselling while in the process of getting registered as a provisional psychologist. Two of the most important components of my therapeutic approach are creating a safe, accepting space so that you feel seen and understood, and helping you discover actionable solutions that will push you to achieve the best version of yourself.
