I am a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience in palliative care possessing professional tools and knowledge to support individuals, groups and families facing adaptation to illness, end of life, and issues of loss, grief and bereavement. Assisting a clientele dealing with depression, anxiety, and quality of interpersonal relationships.
My approach is holistic, seeing the individual as a dynamic whole: cognitive, body, emotional, social and spiritual/existential. My counselling techniques utilize a Client Centered, Cognitive Behavioural therapy (certified) and Systemic Approach. I provide a supportive and strength-based framework for collaboratively working with a client’s lived experiences
