In my practice, I focus heavily on my client relationships to ensure you feel safe, comfortable + connected. While I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma + relational challenges, I also find much meaning in helping folks feel empowered + confident in their lives. My hope is to help you live your life in a more meaningful + self-compassionate way. You deserve the time and space to feel seen, heard + safe.
Driven by empathy and compassion, I believe that my healing journey has equipped me to connect deeply and hold space for others to do the same. I am trained in dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), attachment-based therapy (ABT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy (TF-CBT).
I try to develop a welcoming, warm + sometimes humourous space so that you feel comfortable during our time together.
