By recognizing and building upon your individual strengths together, we can build resilience, foster growth and overcome these challenges.
I use multiple evidenced-based approaches in my work including Acceptance and Commitment, Cognitive Behaviour and Dialectical Behavioural, and Emotion Focused Family Therapy. All of these are delivered through a trauma informed and person centered approach, individualized to meet your specific needs and goals.
I find value in providing a gentle, empathetic and validating approach to meet each individual where they are at in their journey, fostering a sense of trust and empowerment. This is a brave step towards positive change and I am here to walk alongside you.
