I offer services to a broad demographic including children, adolescents, adults and seniors. Types of services include individual counselling, couples counselling, family counselling, and groups/workshops. I offer services in-person, online, as well as over the phone.
I tailor each session to meet the specific needs of the client(s). My approaches to therapy may include Cognitivre Bevhaioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and/or Mindfulness.
