My approach is welcoming and invitational. I don't strive to "fix" anyone and I take a co-operative approach to counselling. I am a trauma-focused therapist, however I see clients struggling with a broad range of issues. I look forward to sharing in the challenges, the laughs, and the changes that make counselling the journey that it is.
