I help clients calm their bodies and become aware of the stored alarm system in the body which is often caused from childhood trauma. When the trauma occurred, it was likely "too much" to process and thus, it was stored in your unconscious mind. I support clients as they connect to their wounded child and offer him/her self-compassion, love and attention.
