I specialize in the healing, empowering and recovery for women. Much of my practice involves the support of women who are navigating past/present trauma, facing intimate partner violence and are striving to cultivate a healthy relationship within themselves. I also work closely with women who are suffering from anxiety, depression, self esteem and emotional expression. I have supported younger populations as a former public school educator and counsellor. If you wish to feel more empowered, self-compassionate, and grounded in yourself and your ability to express your needs, I am here to support you in reaching your goals.
I work within a relational and experiential framework; which offers trauma informed practices of healing through connection. With experience in attachment, somatic and body oriented practices, I am able to support women who are: Survivors of Narcissistic/ Relational Abuse, Victims of Sexual Violence, Anxiety, Depression, Self Esteem/Body Image and Trauma.
When we go through unthinkable trauma's, we are "strong" because we have to be. Perhaps now feels like the right time to slow down, and explore some steps toward healing. My goal with all of my client's is to help you foster your innate abilities for growth and recovery, so that I become obsolete.
