I will work collaboratively with you to provide a service that is rooted in evidence-based practices and tailored to your unique needs. I work with adults who are struggling with focus during work hours, difficult life transitions, relationships, burnout, and depression. I am especially interested in offering therapeutic care to individuals who are struggling with anxiety, stress, ADHD, and career ambiguity.
I offer adult individual counselling, but also have specialized training in psychological assessments. This means that I can assist with educational supports, treatment guidance, career support, insurance claims, disability funding, and academic proficiency.
I recognize that seeing a psychologist can be an intimidating process. It would be my honour to support you during your journey of self-discovery and growth. I am certified in the delivery of telepsychological services and able to able offer both in-person and telehealth services (i.e., video or phone).
