I’m dedicated to helping people on a journey that can seem overwhelming at the start. With the right support, so much can start to feel achievable. I see counselling as a co-created safe and non-judgmental space where kindness, compassion, humility and respect support your well-being. A few ways we can work together - I provide counselling services for individuals, couples and families. I work with clients online, or in person from Golden, BC and partner with different organizations to run introspective outings around the world.
The process I use may include approaches to reduce distress, or practicing different techniques that increase self-awareness. I see real value in preventative and Solution Focused approaches that maintain and restore relationships. I might also offer new frames of reference or perspectives around anger, anxiety, depression, trauma or challenging transitions.
