My priority is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to be seen, heard, and understood, as well as offer emotional support and tools to help you work through your challenges and achieve your goals. I'm trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and biopsychosocial systems oriented to empower clients on their healing journey and tailor treatment plans to each individuals unique experiences and needs.
I have experience working with Social Anxiety Disorder (SAD), Sensory Processing Disorders, CPTSD, PTSD, ADHD, and Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), as well as adolescents over 12 years. I use an integrative approach that includes emotion-focused and solution-focused therapies with person-centred philosophies and psychodynamic/experiential treatments.
