I am passionate about supporting and empowering women, ages 19-90 with general life stressors, transitions, ADHD, depression, sexuality, recovery from abuse and trauma, relationship issues and more. My approach to encouraging your wellbeing, growth and healing is holistic, trauma-informed, strength-based, attachment-based and culturally humble. I offer Registered Clinical Counselling and Supervision to women in Chilliwack (Stó:lō) BC and online. Also, I am currently studying sex therapy and I now offer health, wellness and sexuality coaching for women, everywhere (online). I look forward to hearing from you!
