Are you anxious, overwhelmed or feel stuck? Does life feel like it's on fast-forward and you can't seem to catch your breath? Do you need help zooming out to see the bigger picture and consider the next steps to get “unstuck”? Whether it be navigating a loss, life transition or changing a pattern of behaviour, it’s not easy asking for help. I’m glad you’re here. With the right tools and guidance, I believe everyone has the problem-solving skills to reach their fullest potential and live the life they deserve. I will start with understanding where you are now, your challenges, and your vision for the future.
My background in dance and social work brings a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and how emotions appear within the body. I also incorporate DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and positive psychology into my therapeutic approach. Together, we will create a plan to help you move forward and celebrate every win along the way; big or small.
I value creating a safe and meaningful therapeutic relationship that is holistic, trauma-informed, and tailored to your unique needs. I will work collaboratively with you to help you identify and realize your goals, resiliency, and capacity to navigate life’s hardships.
