Her areas of expertise include parenting, marriage counselling, adoption and foster care, estranged relationships, and depression and anxiety.
With couples, Julie incorporates Gottman Method Couples Therapy, having completed Level 3 training. In addition, Julie has acquired specialized training in working with adoptive and foster families, utilizing approaches such as TBRI (Trust-Based Relational Intervention), Theraplay, and Circle of Security. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is also used.
