Therapy is a collaborative endeavour between client and therapist. As client, you bring your physical and mental presence, honesty and commitment to work on yourself. As therapist, I bring my attentive presence, theoretical knowledge, support and ability to frame the sessions in a safe and respectful way. Trust is an essential ingredient of the therapeutic relationship. My commitment to you and to this trust is to explain proposed interventions clearly and to answer your questions as candidly as I can.

My approach is integrative, meaning that it draws on more than one theory or method, mostly experiential, systemic and psychodynamic. Interventions vary according to your needs and preferences. Depending on the issue at hand, I can obtain supervision from A. Quenneville, M.A., C.Psych.Assoc. (College of Psychologists of Ontario).

A client’s spirituality can make a valuable contribution to the process of therapy. If spirituality matters to you, you can expect us to take it into consideration in our work together. I offer my services in English and French. If your first language is Spanish or Italian, you can also feel free to express yourself in your mother tongue.
