Specializing in assisting adults, children, and adolescents with anxiety and ADHD, also helping parents deal with children's challenging behaviours. Practicing since 2014 in Brazil, I moved to Canada in 2019, officially starting my practice in 2022 as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario. Drawing from my own immigration experience and research, I offer support in navigating the hardships of this journey.
In my practice, I employ diverse therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and strength-based and trauma-informed practices. My approach is characterized by a warm and caring demeanour aimed at creating a safe and open space for clients to share, learn, engage, and reflect.
