Hi there. Whether you are seeking therapy during a time of crisis, looking to address an acute issue or wanting to better understand yourself and what has shaped you, I would be honoured to walk along side you and guide you on your healing journey. I have spent the last 10 years specializing in the field of trauma and attachment. My work oscillates between assisting you to develop strategies to feel more grounded in your day to day life, as well as, tuning into the bigger picture of what shaped you and the meaning you have made of these experiences in order to lead to more meaningful healing and balance.
My knowledge and training allow me to pull from various therapeutic modalities (for example: Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, CBT, Mindfulness, Attachment-focused therapy and Narrative Therapy), however, all of my work is informed through the lens of the innate knowledge our minds and bodies hold and helping you tune into yours.
