Hi there, and welcome! My name is Julia and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with 13 years of experience working in counseling and mental health. I practice a creative, integrative approach that I tailor to each client. My clients often share that they feel less symptomatic, understood, and lighter after just one session.
I'm experienced in treating relationship issues, self-esteem deficits, life transitions, and identity development. I work with adults (18+) of all genders, cultures, races, and orientations.
