I am deeply committed to helping adolescents and adults overcome a wide range of challenges and guiding them towards positive change, personal growth and meaning. My areas of expertise include anxiety (generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, specific phobias), depression or low mood, obsessive compulsive disorder, body image concerns, trauma, emotion dysregulation, relationship issues, work-related issues, low self-esteem, challenges with life transitions (including transitions to college or university, adulthood or parenthood)
My therapeutic style can be described as authentic, warm, inclusive and non-judgemental. I practice through an integrative lens informed by evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Skills, and Psychodynamic Therapy. My approach is flexible, strengths-based and client centred.
