My specializations are neuro-diversity, anxiety, relationship skills, LGBTQIA+ identities and sexuality. I see client’s of all genders, ages 18 and up. I do not offer couples therapy sessions. I only offer therapy in English. Each session is $160 (no tax applies) and lasts 45 to 50 minutes. My availabilities are on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays between 9 am and 3 pm. I offer home visits and walk-talk therapy sessions in downtown Ottawa upon request.
I have a masters degree in Psychotherapy, and a bachelors degree in Sociology and Psychology. I work with humanistic, narrative, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, emotion focused therapy, and mindfulness therapy. I do my best to tailor each session to the needs of my client, which means I’m always pulling from new places.
My stance as a therapist is extremely humanist. I work collaboratively with clients. I am very questioning as a therapist and spend time closely exploring client experience and concerns. I do my best to show up genuinely and allow my client’s to do the same.
