I use effective and evidenced-based therapies to help my clients overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, complicated grief and other life crises. I also use proven methods that can help them build strong relationships with their partners and raise emotionally intelligent children who are cooperative, capable and responsible.
My therapeutic approaches include Adlerian Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I offer counselling for adults, adolescents, children, couples and families.
Throughout my career, I have been guided by Adlerian Psychology, a positive, psychological theory that emphasizes respect, equality and encouragement. I have also been influenced by the work of Francine Shapiro and John Gottman; psychologists and researchers who respectively developed the proven effective therapies; EMDR and Gottman Couples Method.
