As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and an MA Student in Counselling Psychology, I strive to help guide you through your emotions by giving you a sense of safety in opening up and regaining a greater sense of empowerment and relief.
As someone who has experienced tough emotions, thoughts and challenges, being vulnerable can be daunting but it has humbled me in a way that I can empathize on a deeper level with others.
