Hi there! I'm Jordyn, a Registered Psychotherapist, providing support to individuals across the lifespan, who are experiencing anxiety, depression, mood issues, stress, relationship challenges and difficulty adjusting to life changes. In my practice, I extend a warm, non-judgemental and collaborative approach, fostering an environment where clients can feel safe, supported, and truly heard. My primary goal is to empower individuals to navigate their unique journeys towards self-fulfillment and growth.
Through cultivating genuine and empathetic therapeutic relationships, I strive to assist clients in realizing their self-identified goals, fostering honest introspection and personal development along the way. With a diverse toolkit of therapeutic modalities, including ACT, CBT, and DBT, I tailor my approach to meet the specific needs of each individual.
