For the brave souls (individuals or couples) seeking transformative therapy, life's complexities can be overwhelming. You've likely felt the exhaustion, questioning, "Can I catch a break?" I've been there too, understanding that inner stories may surface as anxiety, depression, or feeling stuck. Together, we navigate this journey. My nurturing, collaborative approach merges quantum-inspired therapy with harm-reduction plant medicine, aiming for deep self-understanding, reconnecting you with yourself, others, and the vast universe. It's time to reclaim your narrative.
My expertise spans music therapy, somatic therapy, hypnotherapy, counselling, parts therapy, and psychedelic-assisted therapy, enhanced by the NeuroVizr device. I believe our bodies hold stories yearning to be heard, and by breaking down barriers with cutting-edge tools, we can achieve profound liberation and growth.
I'm an Asian cisgender queer woman of color, primarily of Chinese -Japanese descent. I travel and explore to grasp the human condition, spirituality, and the soul's essence. My life unfolds as a model of love, play, discernment, curiosity, and creativity in the world.

Psychedelic Integration Group Therapy Program
The Qi Psychedelic Integration Group Therapy Program, run in partnership with The Flying Sage, blends the transformative power of psychedelic preparation and integration with the empowering impact of a shared group therapy experience. Psychedelic experiences can be some of the most potent in our lives and it is essential to weave them back into our daily life through community practice. The sense of safety, belonging and community created by a cohesive group therapy environment will support and empower clients to achieve their goals. This group also aims to support self-esteem/self-acceptance through cathartic expression as well as social learning via experiential group activities.
