I support couples, families, and individuals who are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and other challenges.
I've been a therapist for almost 20 years. I've integrated collaborative, solution-focused, family systems, somatic-trauma, and internal family systems perspectives. My aim is to listen deeply so you feel heard, to embody compassion, and to explore barriers to your values/goals. I also discuss Clinical Neuroscience and how it can help.
