I am a trained and experienced psychotherapist, and I will offer you a safe and confidential space to talk openly about what is happening in your life. I am confident that we can build a therapeutic relationship that allows you to feel like the changes you want to make are possible.
I believe that therapy can be very successful when a strong relationship is established between the therapist and the client.
