My passion is helping people to transform destructive day-to-day patterns into meaningful lives of connection, presence, and joy. My specialties include trauma-related issues, relationship issues, anxiety, self-confidence, grief, anger, depression, and the search for meaning. With over a decade of experience, and world-class training in a number of different areas, I'm proud to offer straightforward methods that are proven to get real life results. Along with my advanced training in several different evidence-based approaches to therapy (EMDR, DBT, CBT, IFS, DBR), I also work as a clinical consultant for therapists across Canada.

I believe that a therapist can only take someone as far as they've gone themselves, so, to that end, I've been dedicated to my own healing as both a client of therapy and a meditator for the past 17 years.
