I have worked extensively in the fields of Trauma, anxiety and Adult ADHD. I bring a "whole-person" approach in working with people to achieve their goals in living a more fulfilling life. I work with, and am trained in, single incident and complex trauma. I utilize CBT, EMDR, Somatic (body) techniques and facets of Mindfulness and Self-Compassion.
I bring a unique, creative, safe and warm perspective to working with people.
