Some clients have sudden changes - separation, divorce, other collisions - that leave them reeling. Others slowly noticed that they just don't feel the way they want to. I listen, ask questions and gently challenge, to help you let go of old beliefs and emotions. Occasionally, I will offer body-based experiential processes, but you are ALWAYS in control.
In my 50s, my marriage ended, and my life fell apart. I felt completely empty, had no energy, little hope, no goals and was miserable. I wondered if that was my new normal. I found help and began this work, starting from the inside out. It was hard. I crawled my way out. I now have tremendous energy and show up the way I want to in my life. It feels great!
