Are you looking for a different counselling experience? Some forms of therapy are highly structured and while this can be necessary and helpful it may not be the best approach for you. I utilize a holistic, integrative and relational counselling style that is free flowing and personalized to you, not a program! As we talk, I help you share your life issues and struggles, as well as your strengths and unique sense of self. In every session we'll explore your life experiences, work towards co-created goals, clarify your meaning-making, uncover your patterns of behavior and create space for authentic living and healing.
I'm a registered psychotherapist with extensive professional experience from working in two Regional Acute Care facilities. I have 16 years of counselling experience and find helping others deeply rewarding. While I have lived experience of anxiety, depression, death and Lyme Disease, I have worked with most mental health issues / disorders.
