Do you have questions about ADHD, Autism, or do you need accommodations for school or work settings? Has a doctor, family member, or teacher referred you for a psychological assessment or testing? I can help answer any questions you may have about that process. I offer psychological assessments (i.e., ADHD, Autism, psychoeducational, social-emotional, and vocational). These assessments are used to better understand the individual, and use the information gathered to help develop a plan to improve functioning in their day-to-day life.

I also offer counselling services, and work collaboratively with adolescents, adults, and families to achieve desired change. I will support you in managing depression, anxiety, developing healthier communication, boundaries, and/or emotional flexibility.

It takes a lot of courage to look for help during difficult times in life. Sometimes, it is hard to admit that we are in pain. It is important to find a psychologist who sees and understands you, and supports your ability to move towards greater wellbeing.
