Joelle is a Registered Psychotherapist who specializes in trauma (both PTSD and Complex PTSD), dissociation, and eating/body concerns. Together, we will examine relevant thoughts, emotions, behaviours or experiences, release anything that feels stuck, and learn strategies to cope or find more balance.
Joelle offers specialty treatment for trauma, dissociation, and/or eating concerns. She is trained in EMDR Therapy, Deep Brain Reorienting, both traditional and Radically Open DBT, as well as CBT and CBT-E (for eating disorders).
