I am committed to helping clients achieve a greater sense of well-being, fulfillment and success through working collaboratively to develop better personal awareness, overcome limitations and implement effective practical strategies so that clients can live more inspired and purposeful lives. My passions include: counselling and coaching people through career, business, sport, and life transitions; effectively managing anxiety and depression; relationship, family, and workplace challenges; and developing communication and leadership skills.
My focus is on building a safe and trusting relationship with my clients as a foundation for effective and lasting changes. My strengths are in facilitating powerful insights which enable clients to bring out the answers within; and in providing practical tools and strategies which can be implemented to create meaningful change.
I provide counselling and coaching to my clients from a genuine place of caring and commitment to my clients' goals and concerns. Specific approaches used with particular clients may include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Guided Imagery, Relationship Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Sport Psychology as well as career, life, and relationship counselling.
