I am passionate about serving others that suffer from addictive behaviours, anxiety and traumatic experiences that prevent one from living their best life. You are not the problem, the problem is the problem. So many of us including myself have lived too long with life doing us instead of us doing life. I offer affordable online counselling and I am excepting new clients at this time. I also see clients in person at Thrive Downtown Counselling Clinic. I work from a mind/body integrative perspective. I take a holistic approach combining the mind, body and soul. If the mind, body and soul are in harmony one can achieve a great sense of well-being. I am Trauma informed, Somatic informed and certified in Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Narrative Therapy and Sonotherapy.
