I have over 20 years of experience providing counselling services in public education, post-secondary and healthcare settings. I provide evidence based psychotherapy services to youth and adults experiencing challenges related yet not limited to, past trauma, school performance, social and family relationships, anxiety, depression, BPD, PTSD and grief.
