Welcome to Quiet Healing! I have a passionate interest in creating a warm and safe space for my client’s healing. I am grateful to hear that when people meet me, they can sense my deep sense of caring and compassion for humanity. I am intent upon creating awareness and insight, encouraging action, nurturing healing, cultivating joy, and supporting people in changing their lives.
I work with adults in the areas of; anxiety, depression, stress management, interpersonal concerns, relationships, self-esteem/personal identity and personal growth. I also help individuals process their loss and grief and have a keen interest in supporting those women and families who have experienced a pregnancy loss.
If you are interested in getting a sense of whether we would be a good fit to work together, please feel free to contact me. I am currently taking appointments Wednesday & Thursday afternoons and evenings, Fridays, and every other weekend. Come April I will be working full time so will have more availability.
