I work with anxiety, depression, stress and burn-out. I help individuals to move through their struggles by using tangible strategies and tools to address anxiety and depression, through CBT, yogic breathing and mindfulness practices. I also incorporate a mind/body approach to healing and look at broader lifestyle habits that may be impacting mental health symptoms including hormones and gut health
