For over 20 years, I have practiced client centered talk therapy or psychotherapy; giving importance to the expression of emotions and the therapeutic relationship. Together we sit with how you see things and what is deeply important to you and work to tap into your internal wisdom and healing potential.
Psychotherapy is deep work that seeks to heighten personal awareness; to unearth thoughts, feelings, beliefs and historical experiences that are impacting your quality of life today. It brings clarity to influences you are unaware of. This awareness and clarity fosters insight, insight fosters choices, choices foster change.
