I provide therapy for children and youth who are experiencing a number of life challenges, such as anxiety, stress, trauma or divorce. Children are ideal candidates for early intervention and lasting change is often realized in a short amount of time. In my work with teens, I use a holistic, mindful approach, offering them tools and guidance. Through exploring their life experiences, values and unique strengths, teens develop self-awareness, confidence and self-regulation.
One of my passions is helping parents develop mindfully attuned communication with their children, whether they be toddlers or teens. I work collaboratively with parents offering practical guidance and recommendations to create happier relationships. I work with families of gender dysphoric or transgender youth within a trans-inclusive, safe, caring space.
My focus in providing therapy is to facilitate the discovery of inherent strengths and resiliency. I value open communication and work collaboratively. I have extensive experience working with children, youth and their caregivers across domains.
