Whether you’ve experienced a traumatic event, are dealing with stress, anxiety or depression, or just simply need someone to talk to, I hope I can be that person to guide you through these difficult times. I have 10+ years of experience working with adults and adolescents who have experienced anxiety, depression, trauma impacts, general mental health concerns (including PTSD, personality disorders, substance abuse) sexual and domestic abuse, and neglect.
