Il devient dans ce contexte, évident pour moi qu'une prise en charge au niveau de sa santé mentale peut permettre d'ouvrir de nouveaux champs de possibilités. Je crois fondamentalement que chacun détient les bonnes stratégies pour se sentir mieux, pour répondre parfois à des croyances profondes et des conceptions inconscientes, et parfois, nous avons simplement besoin d'un soutien pour faire émerger ces nouveaux positionnements.
