My approach to counselling is grounded in mindfulness-based therapy, which gives people the tools they need to become more aware of their present moment thoughts and feelings and helps identify how they may impact overall well-being. I operate from an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed lens. While working together, I hope that my clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to achieve their goals.
