During my 15 years working in healthcare, I have narrowed my focus to reflect my strength: my ability to enhance and support the mental health and wellness of individuals and families through a multidisciplinary and client-centred approach. This includes using a strengths-based and neurodivergent-friendly lens to practice while applying principles of trauma-informed care. When I am not working, I can often be found biking around the city, exploring various parks and beaches with my two young kids strapped onto the back of my cargo bike!
