I have experience working with individuals experiencing mental health issues and those living with mental illnesses such as Borderline Personality Disorder, Depression, Anxiety as well as those living with a dual diagnosis. My hope is to work with individuals in creating a sense of stability in areas that may find overwhelming and isolating.
I support clients through a trauma informed, holistic lens, clients dealing with grief, anxiety, depression, PTSD, work towards healing and improving their well being. My work involves supporting individuals establish goals and create stability, including connecting with appropriate resources. Together we find tools to navigate everyday life and challenges.
