Hi. I'm Jill (she/her). I am a therapist that takes a grief and loss approach to living and life, while also maintaining i authenticity. My areas of focus include: complicated grief, loss, chronic illness, illness adjustment, oncology, child loss, life changes, healthcare worker burnout/trauma, and medical trauma.
I am trained in EMDR, Complicated Grief Therapy (CGT-Level 1), Somatic Experiencing, and Children's Grief and Bereavement (certificate). I use my trainings, as well as my learnings from 8 years working in healthcare to provide therapy.

Parental Bereavement
Currently, I am in Alberta with their grief support program to learn about services I can bring back to SK. I am starting a waitlist for parents who have had a child die (age 0-18). This is a 6 week group, and each member will need to be assessed for readiness.
