Since 2007 I have worked in a various of settings related in mental health addressing anxiety, depression, stress management, chronic illness, brain injury, perinatal health, relationships, life transitions, grief and trauma. I have an eclectic approach to therapy which means that I will incorporate various therapeutic models.
My goal as your therapist will be to sit alongside you as you process, heal, reflect and work towards becoming your most authentic self. I strive to ensure the therapeutic space is one that is safe and comfortable for clients.
